As Christmas is rapidly approaching, for those of you who shop with us online, we have the last dates we can post your items to you in time for Christmas!
Final Delivery Dates
As we use Royal Mail we follow their dates and they have released the following dates which we aim to match:
- Free Delivery (2nd Class): 12th December
- First Class Signed Post: 16th December
- Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: 21st December
Final Collection Dates
If you wish to click and collect your items from our Gainsborough store, we'll be open until Saturday 24th December at 14:00; which means you'll need to place your order by Saturday 24th December at 12:00 and collect it by Saturday 24th December at 14:00, we'll aim to have your item ready to collect before we close and you will receive an email as soon as it's ready.

To Note
Naturally, we always try to get your items dispatched the same day we receive your order (weekend orders are dispatched the Monday immediately thereafter); and we'd hate for you to have your orders stuck in the post, so please make note of the above dates!
If you have left your order until after the last day for our free service and you want your items in time for Christmas, unfortunately your order will carry the relevant postal charge required to get your items to you on time.
If you still want and choose our free postal service, then unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
Update 07/12/2022: CWU Strike Action
CWU members have decided to take strike action over the Christmas period which may impact our delivery times and delivery times of other businesses which use Royal Mail for their delivery services.
National strike action against Royal Mail is planned for the 23rd and 24th of December 2022. Unfortunately this is beyond our control, but please bear in mind that some deliveries may be delayed due to strike action.
